KnightGuard Privacy Policy

KnightGuard ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and delete data when you use our KnightGuard Wear OS application ("App").

We retain your personal and health data as follows:

Aggregated, anonymized analytics (with no personal identifiers) may be kept longer for service improvement.

4. How to Request Deletion of Your Data

You can request deletion of all your data at any time. Since KnightGuard does not currently have an in-app deletion button, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email from the address associated with your Google account to: privacy@knightshealth.africa
  2. Use the subject line: "KnightGuard Data Deletion Request"
  3. In the email body, include:
    • Your Wear OS device ID (find it in the App → Settings → About)
    • The date you started using KnightGuard (if known)

We will process your deletion request within 14 days and send a confirmation email once all your health, activity, and location data have been permanently removed from our cloud servers. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

All health data is encrypted with AES-256 during transmission and at rest in AWS (us-east-1 region). Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
